Leslie graduated with a B.S. in Physical Therapy Cum Laude from
Russell Sage College, Troy, NY. Her 29-year carrier in physical
therapy includes eleven years at Jay Kain Physical Therapy. She
has extensive experience in many specifics areas in physical therapy
including acute and chronic care, orthopedics, geriatrics, home
care and an in-depth background in manual therapy. Leslie has
attended over 35 continuing education courses on various topics
such as: Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral
Therapy, Strain/Counterstrain, Advanced Diagnostics, Muscle Energy
Techniques, Neural Tissue Tension and advanced work with the brain,
heart and pelvis. Leslie is our clinical coordinator and physical
therapy liason with insurance companies as well.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy with honors
(1975) from Northeastern University, Boston Bouve College, Boston,
MA. Her 31 years of experience in physical therapy includes 17
years at Jay Kain Physical Therapy as well as 17 years in orthopedics,
geriatrics, homecare, and acute and chronic injuries. She has attended
numerous continuing education courses as such: Cranio-Sacral Therapy,
Manual Therapy for Sports Medicine, Joint Mobilization, Muscle
Energy, Myofascial Release, Visceral Mobilization and Cranial Therapy,
Integrative Diagnostics, Neural Tissue Tension, and Compression
Syndrome techniques. Over the past 17 years, Holly has enjoyed
her community outreach programs such as: Back Schools, Balance & Fall
Prevention Workshops and health and career fairs. Holly has also
enjoyed treating high school athletes for many years.

Sandy, a licensed massage therapist, has been working at Jay Kain
Physical Therapy for 16 years. During that time she has assisted
Dr. Kain, utilizing Integrative Manual Therapy™ techniques.
She has attended numerable continuing education courses, lectures
and in-services. Sandy is the only massage therapist in Berkshire
County who incorporates Integrative Manual Therapy™ with
her massage practice. This enables her to expose her clients
to advanced skills and techniques through gentle massage and
bodywork. Her continuing education includes several Manual Therapy
topics as well as: Manual Lymph Drainage, Meir Schneider’s
Massage and Exercise Techniques, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Manual
Therapy for Sports Medicine, Myofascial Release, Casting and
Fabricating Orthotics and Electrical Modalities. Sandy is also
involved with community outreach programs such as health and
career fairs, assists at lectures and back schools and also
coordinates “Shadow” and Internship Programs for
students in area schools who are considering a career in physical
therapy. Sandy is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Tiffany R. Brower

Tiffany is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 10 years
of experience. Having graduated Cum Laude from Berkshire Community
College, she is currently is pursuit of her Masters Degree in Physical
Therapy from American International College. Before joining Jay
Kain Physical Therapy, Tiffany’s professional
experience included acute and sub-acute care, as well as the neurological
and orthopedic based cliental, with an emphasis in manual therapy.
As a local grown Berkshire girl, Tiffany is an outdoor fitness
enthusiast incorporating functional strengthening and flexibility
training into her physical therapy practice. Recognized by the
National Yoga Alliance, Tiffany is a certified yoga facilitator
and is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist® in-training.
She continues to grow as a therapist attending various educational
workshops including advanced cranio-sacral therapy, Positional
Release Techniques, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques,
and advanced energy healing techniques. Additionally she has been
trained with Functional Designs in advanced exercise physiology.
